With a background spanning various sectors including retail, IT, and consulting, Estelle brings a wealth of experience in project management and relationship building to her role as Managing Partner at Socium10X Africa.

Her formative years were spent at Accenture, London, where she honed her skills in delivering results in fast-paced environments. Since then, Estelle has held roles at and worked with prominent organisations such as Woolworths, The Foschini Group, and Old Mutual, gaining invaluable experience in IT-based transformations, and navigating the intersection of technology and business with aplomb.

Known for her talent in building strong relationships with clients and teams alike, Estelle’s approach to leadership is characterised by her ability to drive projects forward and deliver tangible results with her unique a blend of pragmatism and optimism.

“My journey to Socium10X Africa is deeply rooted in my connection to this vibrant continent,” says Estelle. “Having grown up in Africa, I’ve witnessed its unique energy and potential firsthand. Returning here to drive positive change feels like coming home.”
